Taking my client internal capabilities in consideration, I have accurately presented different China Market entry options and the steps for their implementation. During the plan development, I usually analyse and discuss with my clients, among others, about: internal assessment, size of the market, priority of segments, gaps that the company can fill within the market, market barriers, possible market entry scenarios, selection of market entry options and implementation steps.
